- Activate the following RMA procedure to request the repair of the device that needs maintenance: • Download the form and fill in sections 1 and 2 with all the requested information • Send the form, in PDF format, to assistenza@groupmcm.com Once your request has been received, our customer service department will process it and send you the RMA number along with shipping instructions for the device The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the product packaging and on the transport document (DDT)
