ISO 9001 Certification!

The growth path undertaken by the Group at the beginning of 2019 included, among its objectives for the coming years, improving the quality of products and services. Just last Friday, an important milestone was achieved. It was a long and rather complex journey, but it allowed us to grow and improve many aspects and business processes, making us even more competitive. With great satisfaction, we can now announce that MCM has achieved ISO 9001 certification for all activities related to the design, production, assistance, and maintenance of safes and ATM security systems.

With the achievement of this certification, MCM has implemented a Quality Management System tailored to its organization, activities, and specializations. This system is designed to demonstrate the company’s ability to consistently deliver services and performance that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining effective internal process management, as outlined in the Quality Policy defined and communicated by the Administrator.

The Quality Management System is detailed in the Quality Manual, along with related Procedures and Instructions, which collectively describe the requirements and methods for planning, implementing, controlling, and monitoring delivered services, as well as the processes and activities associated with them. These documents also outline the criteria for reviewing, updating, and continuously improving the system.

The scope of the system was determined by considering internal and external factors, stakeholders, and the products and services provided by the organization.
