With the achievement of this certification, MCM has implemented a Quality Management System tailored to its organization, activities, and specializations. This system is designed to demonstrate the company’s ability to consistently deliver services and performance that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining effective internal process management, as outlined in the Quality Policy defined and communicated by the Administrator.
The Quality Management System is detailed in the Quality Manual, along with related Procedures and Instructions, which collectively describe the requirements and methods for planning, implementing, controlling, and monitoring delivered services, as well as the processes and activities associated with them. These documents also outline the criteria for reviewing, updating, and continuously improving the system.
The scope of the system was determined by considering internal and external factors, stakeholders, and the products and services provided by the organization.
