Imagining the Future

On June 9, 2023, the final event of the 'Imagining the Future' competition took place at the Manfroce Theater in Palmi (RC). Students from nine high schools in the Gioia Tauro Plain competed with innovative ideas and business plans to design the future of their region. This marked the conclusion of an educational project for high school students, organized as an idea contest and conceived by the Rotary Club of Palmi.

M.C.M. S.r.l. was pleased to participate in the "Imagining the Future" project, aimed at the youth of all schools in the Gioia Tauro Plain area. The initiative seeks to offer personal development opportunities by promoting the creation of an environment where young people can grow, learn, and fully realize their potential. This project, which has a profoundly positive impact on the community where M.C.M. operates, represents another aspect of our company's social commitment to the future of new generations.

As a group strongly oriented toward innovation and social responsibility, M.C.M. decided to support the project due to its significant impact on young people's lives, providing the opportunity to access the workforce through internships.

Rotary is an organization founded in Chicago in 1905, deeply rooted in local communities and connecting 1.2 million members to form an association with a common purpose: enabling professionals from various fields to meet, exchange ideas, build meaningful and lasting friendships, and give back to their communities. The name Rotary originates from the early practice of rotating meetings among members' offices.
