For several years the Group has been working closely with the local branches of ATM manufacturers, in order to develop solutions capable of expanding the range of functions and operations available at Self-service. In fact, more and more Credit Institutions need to personalize the offer on their ATMs, and MCM, with its support to the Customer, increases the flexibility of the Self-Service systems configuration and allows to respond promptly to the needs of the Bank.
Thanks to the combined work with the Vendors, today the Group has a wide range of solutions, both integrated and external (Sidecar, Integration, Top Box and Bulk Deposit/Nightsafe), for different models of cash machine. Those solutions combine user friendliness, compactness, design and maintainability.
